@adamgold__: MOUTHFUL OF WATER CHALLENGE 💦 🏃♂️ Challenge - Run 5km with water in your mouth (without drinking or spilling) I’ve always been looking for ways to improve my breathing when running and know that nasal breathing is definitely more effective for you. Some benefits are: Oxygen Efficiency 🌬️ Lower Heart Rate 🫀 Enhanced Diaphragmatic Breathing 🫁 Saw @Chris Nayna do this so wanted to give it a try. I struggled with the 1st km coming to terms with the more limited breathing but then settled for the rest. Did I almost choke? Yes. Will I do it again? Probably not. May just be normal and get mouth or nose tape. wait so is it ok to only breathe through my nose when running? i just started this week and i find i lose my breathe quicker when i breathe through my mouth rather than my nose
