hairdresser here...it all depends on what's causing it. If it's stress or continuous wear of head ornaments it'll come back but hair takes 6 months to cycle.If it's autoimmune that's a different story

OKAY SO I have an answer. It’s most likely not the cap itself, but the GLUE. Adhesives will wear at ur hairline and scalp far worse than just traction will. The combo doesn’t help but uSE LESS GLUE
