If it's good for your hair, do it. Stop saying it's bad for everyone. They have different hair types. Omg. When I shampoo my ends, they are super soft and silky. When I don't, they're rough and dead☠️

Ever since I started shampooing my ends my hair is softer I think there was product build up at the ends , everyone has different hair you can’t assume one thing works for everybody’s hair
