Here’s what you’ll need: 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders ½ tsp (2 g) salt ½ tsp (1 g) black pepper 1 tsp (2 g) garlic powder 1 tsp (2 g) paprika 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp (30 ml) ranch dressing 2 tbsp (15 g) chopped green onions Let’s make it together: Step 1: Prep and preheat. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. I love using a ceramic or glass dish—it bakes evenly and makes cleanup easy. Step 2: Season the chicken. Lay the chicken tenders in the dish and sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. That little mix gives them a great smoky, savory base. Step 3: Make the topping. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix until creamy and well blended. It’s rich and flavorful—like the best cheesy dip, but for your chicken! Step 4: Spread and bake. Evenly spread the mixture over the chicken tenders. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through (165°F / 74°C) and the cheese topping is bubbling and golden around the edges. Step 5: Finish with freshness. Once it’s out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions for a little pop of color and freshness.
