@nx1else: This photo was taken by an Orthodox Greek woman, Mrs Elpida, in 1998, while travelling with a group of devotees to Mount Sinai. At one point, Elpida decided to use her camera to capture (photograph) the beautiful landscape of the desert directly through the bus window. When she returned to Athens, and took the film of the device to be developed, she discovered with astonishment, that 35 shots were in color, and only one photo was in black and white. Ms. Elpida remembered that it was exactly that shot when she photographed the desert near Mount Sinai. Anyone who saw this photo would have noticed that Christ was in the center, but the identity of the other three characters in the photo remained a mystery. With the help of a friend in 2000, in one of the churches in Athens, Elpida met a spiritual person named John. She showed him a photo and told the story. John then told her: "Christ should be in the center, but I'm not sure, and I don't recognize the others either. Please leave me this photo and if, by the grace of God, the saints reveal something to me, I will definitely let you know." Eleven days later, when John was in Cyprus, St. George the Great appeared to him and said: "John, the photo given to you by the woman is true! Indeed, our Lord Jesus Christ is shown in the middle. The old man on His left is the prophet Elijah. The young man is the Archangel Milailo, who holds two glasses of wrath in his left hand and will soon pour them out.
