@fit.by.faith: Progression 📈 I’ve always been active and I started hitting the gym in 2016 but I was VERY content with my petite figure! But on January 1st 2023 I said let me challenge myself and take it up a notch. I feel like God was calling me to develop a discipline & it started in the gym. Being consistent and obedient led me to starting my own business & expanding it to spread the gospel through health and fitness! I pray this can inspire someone to challenge themselves, we are more than conquerors!!!!
