@veryhungrygreek: Taco Bell crunch wrap 😮‍💨 Ready in less than 10 mins and 45g protein in! 💪 ‼️ AND if you’re stuck for meal ideas I’ve got 200+ easy recipes, meal plans & shopping lists on my NEW APP!! 🔥 Access all my recipes using the link in my bio 💕 Macros 574 calories 45gP / 18gF / 57gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 250g lean beef mince - 20g taco seasoning - 70g salsa - 1 beef stock cube - 40g iceberg lettuce, shredded - 5 cherry tomatoes, finely diced - 20g red onion, finely diced - 40g light cheddar, grated - 2 tbsp sour cream - 2 tortilla wraps - 6g tortilla chips - 2 mini tortilla wraps Optional: a tbsp nacho cheese sauce to drizzle over each wrap! 🥵 Method Fry the beef mince for a few mins to brown then add the taco seasoning, 3 tbsp salsa and crumble over the beef stock cube mixing well. Add a dash of boiling water if needed to loosen. Place the beef mixture in the middle of the large tortilla, then the rest of the ingredients shown in the video.
