Your portfolio proves you can take a pretty photo. Cool. But clients don’t book “pretty.” They book clarity. They book connection. They book the feeling that this photographer gets them, will guide them, and will help their brand actually move. If all they see are random images with no through-line, they don’t know what working with you does for them… so they freeze, scroll, or price-shop. Here’s what to start showing (and saying) with your visuals + captions: 1. Problem: What’s your client stuck on before hiring you? Show the mess. 2. Process: Let them see you lead — planning calls, mood boards, posing, shoot day flow. 3. Personality: The human they’re trusting. Your energy is part of the product. 4. Proof: Results, before/after brand use, screenshots, testimonials overlaid on images. 5. Purpose: Why you shoot the way you do. What booking you helps them become. Do this and your feed stops being “here’s another photo” and starts being “here’s why you need me in your business growth plan.” That’s when pricing stops being the objection. #photographytips #photographybusiness
