Ang daming hindi maka intindi ng ganitong mindset. Been working since 2010 and sa una, I was really eager to climb the corp. ladder, pero na realize ko, not worth it ang stress.

I'm a Deped teacher there is a career progression pero wala aq balak mag papromote. Nag negosyo aq para my other source of income kaya di aq kinakapos and for expansion na aq ng business sa December. Salamat sa Diyos. ✝️✝️

before graduation I had this goal na tlgang gusto ko mkarating sa mataas na position someday. ng ngstart na ko magwork and now 4 4 years na working. nah, ayoko pla. gusto ko lng mkauwi ng 5 hahahahaha sa inio na yang higher positiona. 😂😂

same heree! actually I resigned last March as OIC kasi gusto ko nalang maging staff/entry level ulit dahil I realized that it's not for me. I just want a normal work-life. minsan mas okay na kontento nalang dahil andun ang tunay na peace of mind.

As a Multi-Lingual Freelance w/ Japanese Spanish Chinese & American Clients I only work 9 out of 12months per year 2have a work life balance. I save/invest 80% of my income so money is no issue. Sometimes a Client won't understand why I need 3 months 2rest & will leave but I don't care 🤣 I have a bigger share of Client Pool since I speak 4 languages fluently.
