gentle cleanser (clinicare foaming face wash), tretionin acid 0.5% cream every night, gentle moisturiser and non-comedogenic spf daily, monthly dermaplane (rosehip oil is great to use and a good alternative to moisturiser as it doesn’t clog pores and helps with scarring, but please do not try to dermaplane at home it is not the same!) and microneedle sessions with egf pure serum, Hero. spot patches during the day, i’ve been there girls and it’s HARD but i really hope this is helpful x

I healed mine after 5 accutane rounds. It never helped me for long but in the past year i healed it naturally (with supplements and foos). And now I wish i knew how ”easy” it can be. Your body is saying ”im not okay, pls fix me”. 🫶🩷

Have you seen a nutritionist? Not for diet reasons but maybe a gut/bacteria overgrowth? I have a lot of clients who have had luck with that (I’m an esti so I can only treat the epidermis)

It’s ok to need accutane or the dermatologist’s help gorgeous, I’m sure you tried everything. Acne is so draining 😔💓

I’ve tried everything and the one thing that actually solved it was going gluten free. It’s such a game changer. I can still have sugar and dairy in moderation. Gluten is the culprit trust.

It looks like you also have PIE (post-inflammatory erythema) I’ve had it for 2 years and it’s finally beginning to heal after simplifying my skincare + seeing a derm 🥺 I feel you girl!

Came off the pill 3 years ago determined to go the natural route and it went well for 2 years and last year it got progressively worse. Supplements and diet did nothing. Spironolactone and lymecycline now :/
