In this video, Theresa takes a look at one of the native plants just east of the State Indian Museum on the park grounds. The plant is Salvia spathacea, also known as Hummingbird Sage, and it can be found in a couple places on the park grounds of the State Indian Museum and Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park. Theresa also discussed the plant’s traditional California Native uses.
