The biggest problem is I have a smart TV. and stream directly from that, and my TV responds to each HDMI input as well. I just mount the camera on the bottom, much cleaner look.

I’d love this if it also didn’t act like an HDMI switcher. I already have two 5in1out HDMI switchers for all my devices (so ten total inputs) routed to a 2in1out which is then routed to a single input on my tv. I’d be concerned that it has trouble processing the video signals from my older devices (like my Gamecube or HDMI-modded N64). I’d just want this for the light feature. So if they sold one with a single input that did the light processing, I’d be sold

I’m so glad your video showed up on my FYP! I was looking for lights that sync when my son is gaming/watching tv but this camera is an eyesore. The new look is so much better. Def want this upgrade and love how you can port multiple cables into the box! We need a soundbar as well, can you do a video on yours pls?

It only works on things that's connected to the HDMI box, so if you own a smart TV and try to watch something from there itself the lights will not work 😭
