Ingredients: For the Cowboy Butter Sauce: 	•	½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick) 	•	3 cloves garlic, minced 	•	Juice and zest of 1 lemon 	•	1 tsp Dijon mustard 	•	1 tsp paprika 	•	½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat) 	•	½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes 	•	1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried parsley + thyme) 	•	2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 	•	Salt & black pepper to taste For the Chicken & Pasta: 	•	2 large chicken breasts (sliced thin or into strips) 	•	2 tbsp olive oil 	•	12 oz linguine pasta 	•	½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 	•	Extra fresh parsley & lemon wedges for garnish Instructions: 	1.	Cook the pasta 	•	Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain. 	2.	Cook the chicken 	•	Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. 	•	Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. 	•	Cook chicken strips 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 	3.	Make the cowboy butter 	•	In the same skillet, melt the butter. 	•	Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. 	•	Stir in lemon juice/zest, mustard, paprika, cayenne, red pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. 	•	Let simmer for 2 minutes until fragrant. 	4.	Combine pasta & chicken 	•	Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing in the cowboy butter sauce. 	•	Add Parmesan and a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess. 	•	Return chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. 	5.	Serve 	•	Garnish with extra parsley, lemon wedges, and more Parmesan if desired. 	•	Serve hot with garlic bread on the side. 	•	You can make it spicier by adding more cayenne or hot sauce.        •.
