I laid on the floor with my legs on the bed and put cold packs on my stomach to get my daughter to turn. It worked. I was 37 weeks though.

my dr said “trust your babies instincts. your baby is breech for a reason” had a c section and the dr found my babies cord was too short, and in weird placement. if he would have been head down he would have cut off his own nurtrients and died….

I’m currently still breech as of my last ultrasound appt and I’m 31 weeks. But I have an anterior placenta so would trying to flip the baby in utero even work

You should not advise this! My baby was breech, had he turned he would have been in distress as he had the cord multiple times around neck. Best to let the doctor decide whether a Csection is needed.

I love this. People always talk about breaches as if the baby doesn’t want to be head down. In the right environment/ space nature will always take its course.

How did you only find out at 39 weeks?! My midwife examines me every time she sees me and mines been breech since 28 weeks

This may sound crazy, but one of the ladies in my daughters birth in class was told by the nurse to put a radio and play music in between her legs and when she came back, she verified that yes the baby flipped and was born naturally

My baby was breech my whole pregnancy. I tried to do everything I could to turn her head down but nothing would work. I even tried an ECV. Only to find out while having my cesarean section I had an heart shaped uterus and her head was stuck in the corner so she wasn’t able to move!
