Try hold the wee in, drink 2 pints of water. Hold the wee until you feel like you will do a ‘big’ wee. Then just Keep drinking loads to flush it out. The minute I get a slight sting i do it

I went through over 2 years of UTI, at least one a month. On and off antibiotics, multiple urine and blood test, internal and external scans. No one could figured out why. A specialist recommended 1/2

Go to Superdrug online and order antibiotics before you get a uti. You have to lie on the form to get them but once you have a supply then they are there in emergencies. Shelf life of two ish years ❤️
