Too much protein will be a problem for so many people in the future for their kidneys if the current protein obsession continues. Getting more fibre is the best thing for your gut microbiome.

2 tbsp of chia seeds in almond milk is not 10g of fiber. 3tbsp of DRY chia seeds is 10. It’s still good for you but not even close to the amount fiber you’re saying
