Android has adaptive charging to slowly charge to 100%. Even so, mobiles tend to go End of life after 3 years which is usually longer than the battery will last anyhow.

For phone batteries with modern technology you no longer needs to do this. Gone were the era of NiCd and NiMH rechargeable batteries. We no longer need to do this

This is for old batteries nowadays its different but still i believe more than the producers damage your phone on purpose after 3 years..

charge the battery 100%, isn't bad it just keeping it at 100% for a long period of time is bad that's why I'm a Samsung phone s25 ultra I use Samsung adapted charging so the only they're only stays at 100% for a little bit

Get smart plug connect it to phone & plug charger or wireless charger on it go to shortcuts or smart plug everytime phone goes 80% the plug turns off and everytime phone goes 30% plug will turn on
