Today marked day 7 post op for me. Props to you for the list of supplements that helped me through the first week! My diaphram still feels like I just exited a boxing match tho.

I got my gallbladder taken out on May 21 and I stayed in hospital till the 25th of May, I am walking everyday and eating normal now I don't get upset stomach but suppose to drink a lot of water no diarrhea so far

I'm day 10 and ate a FULL grilled chicken with dinner, my body was like THANK YOU, so good and sat pretty good so far 🤞🏼. it was good to have flavor! post surgery it was boiled plain chicken only 🤮
