Question, I been trying to increase my weights. but when Im doing shoulder presses, Im noticing my left shoulder is so much weaker. so I can do 25s, like 8 or 9 reps with my right arm but hardly pushing 4 with my left. it feels like its getting weaker. how to I balance this? i been trying to do as many as i can with my left then dropping weight for as many as I can do on the weaker side. thank you for your help.

Thoughts on a de loading week? I’ve heard someone implement 3 weeks of progressive overload and have 1 week of just de loading going about 80-90% of your max.
