Everyone seems to forget that the Z06 is making less than half the power of a car that is more than 20 times the cost and it's only .8 seconds slower. I'll take the Vette and the savings from the Bug.

It’s most definitely due to the gear ratio of the Bugatti trans, considering the car stock can go 300+ so that’s why a quarter mile would be “bad” for the horsepower numbers

I mean if the Bugatti didn’t have such long gears for top speed and had shorter gears it would be probably into the 8s just going off the mph it trapped
