@tolubinutu: The purpose of this video isn’t to say that if you have the listed signs/ symptoms, then you are definitely deficient in these nutrients. Many times, you may have these symptoms and they won’t be due to nutrient deficiencies. The purpose of the video is to say that Nutrient deficiencies MAY be responsible for these symptoms, especially if the more common causes have been ruled out by your Doctor. That said, here are Foods that are rich in various nutrients: (1) B-Vitamins: Liver, seafood, dairy products, legumes, eggs, seeds, leafy greens, poultry (2) Magnesium: Whole Wheat , Cashews, Peanuts, Spinach, Quinoa, Almonds, Dark Chocolate (3) Vitamin C: Citrus fruits (Oranges, Kiwi, Lemon etc), Sweet potatoes, Blackcurrants, Peppers, Strawberries, Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower) (4) Iodine: Seafood (especially White fish, Seafish, Shellfish etc), Dairy products, Seaweed, Iodised salt, Yoghurt (5) Iron: Beans, Tomato products, Lentils, Dried beans, Liver (AVOID THIS DURING PREGNANCY), Red meat, Nuts, Pumpkin seeds (6) Vitamin D: Oily fish, including salmon, mackerel, and sardines, Certain Mushrooms.
