@ichahomecafe: this is how i make my homemade usagi-shaped nilla wafers that i used in my banana pudding 🌝👍 📝ingredients: 200g all purpose flour 130g powdered sugar 120g unsalted butter (room temp) 1/2sdt salt 1sdt baking powder 1sdt vanilla extract 1 egg 60ml whole milk decoration: melted dark chocolate melted white chocolate with food colouring steps: 1. mix butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar & salt with hand mixer until well combined (± 1-2 mins) 2. add in the egg and milk, mix them again. lastly, sift in the flour and baking powder. mix again in low speed until mixed thoroughly. 3. put the mixture in a piping bag, & squeeze it on top of baking pan like shown in the video 4. bake in 150-160C for 20mins (depends on your oven, if the texture is too soft, bake it again for 5mins) — @i._.cha ❕please do not repost my videos without permission. #homecafe #homecafé #homecooking #homebaking #homebaker #pudding #bakeathome #cutefood #chiikawa #bananapudding
