En régime établi, l'inductance est assimilée à un court-circuit et le condensateur à un circuit ouvert. On a donc une source de courant de 5mA qui débite son courant I dans une résistance équivalente R=30kΩ//20kΩ=12kΩ. La tension aux bornes de la source de courant est donc V=R*I=12kΩ*5mA=60V. Le courant traversant l'inductance est égal au courant débité par la source moins celui qui circule dans la branche de la résistance de 30kΩ (loi des noeuds). Le courant dans la résistance de 30kΩ vaut 60V/30kΩ=2mA. Le courant circulant dans l'autre branche du circuit, et donc dans l'inductance, vaut donc 5mA-2mA=3mA.
