I’ve have plantar fasciitis in my heel for two years. I’ve gotten Cortizone shots four times and they only work for two months. I am convinced that I will have this for the rest of my life. Absolutely nothing I’ve tried works.

I've had plantar fasciitis since 2016 and I can barely handle my husband touching my feet because of the pain... I would simply start crying if this were done to me and probably throw up
