In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sweetened condensed milk until stiff peaks form. 	3.	Combine the cooled custard with the whipped cream. Assembling the Cake: 	1.	Generously spread the cream mixture between each layer of the baked dough. 	2.	Use one layer to make crumbs and cover the entire cake. 	3.	Let the cake rest for several hours before serving.
