neither of these are healthy and this “skinnytok” bullshit makes eating seem like a tricky thing that has no in between/balance whatsoever. take it from someone who dealt with ana for two years and still is in recovery: “beauty” isn’t ⭐️vation, it’s not eating like a toddler, and it’s definitely not being in a certain weight. if you wanna lose weight do it in a humanly way that won’t leave you with digestion issues, false body image, skin breakouts and hair loss. thank u for listening to my tedtalk 🧚🏻♀️

Less you eat=slower metabolism. Then once you reach your goal weight and start eating normal again, you will bloat like crazy, get constipation/diarrhea, constant stomach aches, possibly gain all the weight back look and feel very unhealthy
