My first two were so similar other than one was a girl and one a boy. They were easy peasy babies and toddlers then number 3 came along and I had to learn how to mother differently. Yes it was so hard not to compare. They are grown now and none are in therapy so maybe I did ok😂

I have 3 under 2. Twin 5mo olds & a 16mo old & it's so hard not to compare them lol especially the twins. I also had my oldest 2 are 17mo apart they are 8 & 7.

Also, once you have multiple children the youngest will begin to develop faster in order to match your older children essentially because they feel left out of the party, so be prepared for big baby to maybe start attempting to walk earlier so he can get around with Lordy too 😂

Nah I’ve been comparing 🥲 like what do you mean you’re trying to walk at 9 months old but have 0 teeth? Your brother had 4 teeth but was only crawling and cruising by now. So many differences between them.

my mom had 5 kids and she stands by this today, she was a first time mom 5 times over bc every single one of us were so different! I've got two kids, both girls and they are so different. 18yo was a dream as a baby, but a little more 'challenging' now. 13yo was challenging as a baby, but a dream now. i swear they uno reversed 😂

I compare them all the time, but never in a downgrading sense or making them feel like their milestones were there’s and important. More of a ha ha moment, your brother used to do that etc. and then I cry thinking about it lol or a he talked at _ and she talked at _ age, but I can also see how they’re their own person and vastly different

I 💯 get this, did a 5 year gap and my son was like the Velcro baby complete opposite of his sister. I’m still wondering how I survived with my sanity, he still tests me 3 yrs in but I have survived
