Increase that weight bro you gotta obtain muscle mass to get a good physique and lots of protein to recover and help the muscle try to get a weight that can do at least up to 10 reps but those last couple reps should burn if not keep increasing til you find something heavy enough to get a good form every time

You are right, gym work is created to help you in the sport you are doing by creating functionality, gym for estetics and “extremely optimised” workouts to gain muscle fast with creatine is just as bad of a mentality as not going to gym alone (mentality wise, health wise its still better to not stay at home)

I suggest 12 rep failure with stretching and doing other sports reason is you will look good and muscular but you will flexible and fast. This 20 rep range is really bad as you don’t build muscle or strength just purely burning muscle
