Nutella stuffed donuts recipe: Ingredients 1 cup warm milk 2 ¼ tsp Sugar 1 package of yeast (2 ¼ tsp) 4 cups flour 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/3 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/3 cup butter Instructions Add warm milk, sugar, and yeast to the bowl of your stand mixer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Finally, add eggs and butter, and mix all the ingredients in your stand mixture well until the dough becomes smooth and a bit sticky. Knead the dough on a floured countertop for a couple of minutes. With a floured rolling pin, gently roll out the dough to a thickness of half an inch. Cut the dough into desired shapes (circles or hearts) shapes with the help of a donut cutter or cookie cutter and place them on a dish. Cover the dish with a towel and let it sit for 25-30 min make sure to have wax paper or parchment paper underneath the doughnuts so it won’t stick to the dish. Heat oil in a saucepan to 350 degrees and fry the donuts until nicely browned. When frying, place the donut with the paper into the oil and remove once it starts to bubble in the oil. Dredge the donuts in a cinnamon sugar mixture, coating well on both sides. Create a hole in the side of the donut with a knife, and fill it with Nutella using a piping bag.
