I’ve been to the one in Springfield Missouri my dad used to work there they use the underground ones or caves for the temp bc it’s super cold in there and yes there is so so so much cheese

If you ever see an advertisement on TV for a new menu item with a ton of cheese, know that's your tax dollars at Work. USDA funds Dairy Management Inc. to help pay for development and marketing of products that use more dairy products in order to help use the government cheese and dairy overstock. Yes, thats right. Companies like domino's, pizza hut, little ceasars, and taco bell are adding extra cheese to new menu items because they get tax dollars to help advertise them. I wish I was kidding 😅
