Sounds like they told you to do pick up on purpose knowing it wouldn’t let you refund it. I’ve always hated Walmart pick up/delivery. Last time I used their pick up service they charged me a $30 “just in case they had to substitute something that cost more” fee & didn’t give me my money back for 2 weeks. Never used them again. $30 might not seem like a lot but to a single struggling mom it is.

I absolutely refuse to go to walmart. Unless i have zero choice. I will pay more elsewhere. Sorry this happened. Ive had bad experiences with p.u. An that was my last straw.
