i only get to do production when i’m either the only tech there or when the lead tech is doing truck and there’s no one else. and yes they get annoyed every time i have a question, like sorry you didn’t tell me anything?

Im always at the register and the only time when i do something else is return to stock atp idk how to do anything else like putting in prescriptions and insurance stuff😔

I was stuck on counter for 3 months when I started. the guy who got hired on after me started counting pills day 1. I voiced my concern and they said "you'll get a chance." I'm happy I work inpatient pharmacy now. Way more satisfying than retail
