Adam’s point here is that a guy who has a skill that has taken years to learn & a lifetime to master is expected to make a menial wage & pay 20% on his meal to someone who carried it from the kitchen & refilled his drink it’s crazy

Being a good bartender is absolutely a skill! Simplifing their job into just making cocktails and anyone can do that is like someone saying well nailing a shingle onto a roof is easy, anyone can do that roofing is not a skill.
