The people who judge came from the township and villages yesterday. Some of us are already 3 generations in the suburbs. We don’t have families to visit elokshini or emakhaya. We speaks what makes sense where we live and even when we do try you insult our accents. People in the comments talking about are parents proud, fluency doesn’t come with anything, even a phara can be fluent in Zulu and what does that do for them ?
