Mike :
I feel it comes down to what today's women value. Dating apps are direct, and clear evidence of this. As a whole only 15% or less of men are consistently approved on dating apps. I feel people in general put up with more negative traits, and ignore all the red flags, when the person is perceived as more valuable. With so many women flooding towards such a small percentage of men, the bad ones are going to abuse and manipulate, and do what bad men do, because they know there's another woman in line behind her regardless of his actions. When the objective becomes "a good man" and not just a rich handsome man, then it will take away the pass that the bad men have, and they won't be valued enough to be repeat offenders. So many songs depict a valuable man as "blue eyes, 6'5, trust fund", and we all see how women react to that song... If you value a manufacturer of vehicles that has a higher rate of breakdowns, over a more reliable brand, then attack that brand for the breakdowns, who's at fault? when accountability for dating a bad men becomes evident, I will give the argument more weight.
