You could just change out the toilet, or pay someone to do it, for not much money. Then at least that part would be clean

U should ask for the toilet to be replaced cause they may just do that at least. you can replace the tiles while the take the old toilet out. And that will help a lot. You can also have the bathtub re-glazed which it's super expensive.

Look at vinyl rugs. You may be able to cut it to fit the floor space including around the toilet.

Zep tile cleaner literally saved my life in my last apartment with tiny tiles like that you just squirt it on and let it sit 😅

Bleach and clean the floors as much as humanly possible then put down peel and stick flooring! Works wonders!

You need the Pumie Scouring Stick (pumice stone) for the “gunk” on/in the toilet. $2 at Walmart.

Look into getting those tiles glazed. Could look brand new white after. Usually not very expensive but can do it yourself for sure. Ventilate well though. Save those brain cells lol
