@trevorsinstinct: Running for 45 minutes won’t get you the body you want. But 10 minutes of kettlebell snatches will. Here’s why: ⚡️ Snatches combine power, endurance, and resistance—they hit your lungs, your muscles, your joints, and your nervous system all at once. ⚡️ You’re not just burning calories—you’re building explosive strength, VO2 max, and bulletproof joints. ⚡️ It trains the core the way it was designed—to transfer force and stabilize under load. ⚡️ You get weight-bearing cardio, meaning you build muscle and torch fat at the same time. ⚡️ And it mimics sprinting—without pounding your knees into dust. Running may build aerobic endurance… But snatches develop usable stamina, grip strength, bone density, metabolic conditioning, and an athletic, shredded physique. Most people run to “burn fat.” But long cardio often burns muscle, slows metabolism, and leaves you soft. This doesn’t. 🔥 10-Minute Snatch Protocol 🔥 EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for 10 minutes — Do 5–10 snatches per arm, depending on your level — Choose a weight that pushes your limit without breaking form I’m using 28kg here. Beginners: start with 12–16kg Get a relatively heavy kettlebell, set a timer, and get to work. It’ll change your conditioning, physique, and mental toughness fast. Click the link in my bio to master the kettlebell and get in fighting shape 💪🏽 No gym needed. Just a kettlebell & real results. #kettlebellworkout #kettlebell #cardio #endurance #snatches #primalfitness #fatlossworkout #bulletproofbody #vo2maxtraining #powerendurance #conditioning #strengthandconditioning #runnershigh #absnotcardio #jointhealth #buildmuscleburnfat

You don't have to choose between running and kettlebells. I can easily run 55 km at the same time and I also do kettlebells regularly because I love both sports. Together they are a perfect match.
