I’ve literally made myself throw up to try and get the food out that’s causing it. It’s terrible and I’m going to get some papaya enzymes tomorrow!

I have noticed that when the sulfur burps occur throwing up comes later. Im trying to get around this as well.

Take Omeprazole every day. And I mean EVERY DAY. Do not skip a day. When it gets really really bad down Gas-X. Only days I get the gas is when I don’t take my Omeprazole

They are so disgusting! I kept up with what I ate every time I got them and then started to avoid those foods. It was chocolate and ham for me.

got them on my first shot (last week). i had the worst diarrhea and ended up in ER. also, i vomited violently at the hospital bathroom 😂 i was fine after throwing up

I never drink soda, but the only way I can get rid of mine is to drink a half a glass of Pepsi and then I burp really good and they’re gone

I take pepto pills. They work for me and also nausea patches. They are all natural and works so good. Good luck!

This happened 3 times now , along with BAD bloating and one day of cinstipation. All of it happens 2 days after injection and symptoms last for 2-3 days. This is normal? I was worried it meant I had to stop.

Original Alka-Seltzer or baking soda and water both help me. Also, if I’m having them I take probiotics daily and take digestive enzymes anytime I eat. I also try to stick to foods that are easier to digest

Take a peppermint gas ex and switch to Alkaline water. Also, if you look on my page I have a video about what fiber and probiotics I take and solved the issues. Iam on 12.5
