I mean comparing this to the bl3 collectors edition. That was 250 which included the game. This is 150 then 70 for the game. That gives you a 30 dollar difference. But they also get to save production value by not making collectors editions for every system. Making the echo 4 bundle isn’t being sold as a collectors edition. Just a 150 dollar statue. Seems normal for me.

it should not be called a collectors edition if it doesn't have the physical game and possibly extra items to collect usually a collectors edition of something is a special edition with either extra content or a unique look on the product/casing but this is just a merchandise bundle not a collectors edition and they should sate that instead of trying to trick you

This has been a thing so people can get the game on their desired platform. Ubisoft does this, bioware, i think more. The issue is that the price is still too high without the game.

yo…helldivers 2 is 40 dollars. 40 dollars and it blows 90% of all these AAA studios out of the water. not just constant free content- not just rebuilding an engine- but overall fun AF multiplayer- with a super supportive fanbase.
