You can have a high carb diet as long as it’s wholefood and you don’t eat regularly as this allows insula spikes to settle along with exercise

High insulin over time, I think destroys the lining of your vessels. Is cholesterol that the body uses to repair the damage. But they have associated the damage with cholesterol, not insulin being too high for too long. I’m not 100% sure on that though. I’ll look into it again but I’m pretty sure that’s how it went.
