Idk if this info is useful but the pc worked well with just my intergrated graphics. Once I installed my gpu that’s when it started acting up

CPU bend pin or bios problem if the second-hand happend discoteca the Power suply and discoteca the bios batery and wait 5 minut and replace it with a New one 3 if not 1 and not 2 work test the ram Power suply fan gpu
