idk if yall can help. my xbox one digital is lagging, freezing and either takes long to play a game and sometimes doesnt load it at all. ive tried everything from hard reboots go reinstalling games. is it a hardware issue?

mine keeps saying to buy game pass when I literally just got it not long ago, it shows active and all. it says multi player is disabled because of how my xbox is set up but i checked to see if everything was allowed and it all checks out including my internet connection because it says there's issues with my internet but theres not it just doesn't let me play
