@horse.rescuer.and: My batteries are a little near empty tonight family so excuse my spelling/grammar but and I stumbled across this video of Roger from a couple weeks ago and needed to share. Watching our kids sleep, never, ever gets old. It is the greatest gift and restores my strength. Plus Roger snoring is cuteness overload!! Although I wish he was as clean today as he is in this video… the rain has been rough!! . . This is kind of a random story, but in a way it makes sense. As someone who rescues elder horses, and kiddos with more compromised medical needs, I know that part of my job of being their mom is helping them pass on from their body when the time comes. Because of that, I am often greeted with energies and signs from those that left this earth but usually it all relates back to lives that I’ve had a close relationship with. Last night at work I was talking to a gentleman that comes in pretty frequently and he was telling me how it was the two year anniversary of his fathers passing, and he was having a hard time with it. As we continued our conversation the radio station changed and without hesitation the gentleman said “red rubber ball”; and I looked at him confused. He continued to explain it was a song from the 50’s and it was his dads favorite song. I immediately got chills and choked back tears cause I knew his dad was there with us, saying hi. I told him as such, and now he was the one looking at me confused.. but I caught a bit of a smile. . . We are never alone ❤️ love you HHhh family #seniorhorse #horsemom #animalrescue #sanctuary
