I haven't tried Omarcitos but I know Jibaritos y Mas is overrated. So, I'll take your word that Omarcitos is better. but I do love Papa Caches food.

Ponce in Hermosa is my favorite for PR food generally. Jibarito Stop in Pilsen is also very good but a bit greasier.
