It isn’t only elements many of those elements have chakra that durability negate and for example, the magnet release rasenshuriken can seal the perpetrator and cause durability negation at a cellular level leaving the perpetrator with no time to react when hit, even on the normal rasenshuriken will cause damage at a cellular level destruction to your cells and absolutely destroying defenses so make a kind of argument for that if there is one.

how many times do people have to explain before yall stop cappin. in order to hit a logia, you need haki or an "elemental counter". no one said chakra natures wouldn't work, they said chakra natures are artificial elements meaning they're not real or as potent as actual elements. meaning they're effective to an extent but wouldn't be able to do as much damage that using an actual element would. plus having haki is a bonus so that just adds to a logia's defense. so if you would use water release on a fire logia it would be effective but not enough to weaken them to the point they can't fight back due to it not being a real element.

I don’t think water release would work because it shows that it’s not real water. It’s just imitating water like the guy who could absorb fire Jitsu but when the guy actually summoned fire, he couldn’t absorb it.

Here’s the problem not only white beard but Akainu aokiji and I’m sure a couple others these 3 alone can end the world and not only that let me put this out there logia users are special like aokiji and akainu these 2 can not only create and control the elements in there body’s but proven by enel they can control the same elements as there logia so it doesn’t matter they could just use ice age and cover the planet in ice or magma and can control these and use them how ever they please
