never helped my little girl, The pain through this is horrible screaming shaking can't walk really heavy periods, fainting not eating can't go toilet the NHS are shocking

the baths my safe space my comfort zone il spend hours there because it "eases" the pain the tension the aches its still there but a little more bearable in the bath x

I can have upto 4 baths a day when I have a flare up. really helps with my back pain. really does suck endo. 😘😘😘

I have a ? for all women that has endometriosis too do y'all stay so tried no energy to where you get so behind on your house whole chores. I really so far behind I get overwhelmed by looking at it and want to get my house back in order before my hysterectomy please some if you know anything that can help with energy let me know thanks and good luck to everyone
