This is just a theory, but I’ve heard that hair developer can help lighten white plastic pieces. Maybe it would work on the floor? Wouldn’t hurt to try.

Try baking soda and vinegar. Put equal parts vinegar and water in a spray bottle, spray it, and let it sit for a few minutes. Then baking soda and scrub with a brush

Try a water hose for the jets for the bathtub with the jets . Use the high pressure on the water hose and spray it into one of the jet holes
