the people commenting “do something about it, gym” etc yall actually need to sybau bc you don’t understand how difficult it actually is, i am a plus size girl and i decided that i was done with that life in april this year and since then i’ve been getting my 10k steps everyday, eating in a calorie deficit, prioritizing my protein and going to the gym 5x a week, and i’ve actually lost some kgs but my clothes still fit the same and i still look and feel the same, even though i’m putting in the work. this stuff takes time and y’all can’t just assume bc someone is big they’re not doing something about it.
