we will most likely never get megatron unless he turns into something like a tanker truck like he did in DOTM, and starscream probably wont happen either. with G1 style megatron always being either a gun or a tank, and starscream being some kind of fighter jet in pretty much every iteration, both of them would be in direct violation of Lego's "no realistic weapons or military vehicles" policy.
