That must be in a city. Where I am the libraries are super nice and they just levied millions in taxes to build new libraries (which I didn’t want but got voted in since this whole area is families).

where are you? i’m in nyc and it’s not like that at all. librarians are great with wonderful programming. bathrooms and rooms are not locked. my kid feels super safe.
